Duties
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Utilize Salesforce to track and analyze sales performance, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on them
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
- Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and develop plans to increase sales performance
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients as needed
- Stay current with new technologies and sales techniques to remain competitive in the market
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or account management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a sales team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive growth
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Strong knowledge of the market and its trends
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications
- High school diploma or GED required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
