Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage and nurture relationships with our existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction while identifying opportunities for account growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, capable of building long-term partnerships with key clients and expanding the business within these accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing customers, addressing concerns, ensuring ongoing satisfaction, and fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the company’s product and service offerings within assigned accounts to drive business growth.
- Customer Success: Proactively manage customer expectations, provide regular updates and insights, and address any challenges or feedback to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Forecasting: Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and develop strategies for account growth based on customer needs, industry trends, and competitive insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to deliver customized solutions and ensure smooth service delivery to clients.
- Business Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews with clients, presenting value-add solutions, performance metrics, and proposals for future growth opportunities.
- Negotiations & Renewals: Lead contract negotiations and ensure timely renewals, maintaining profitability while offering competitive solutions that align with customer needs.
- CRM Management: Keep detailed records of all client interactions, opportunities, and sales activities within the CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and tracking of business development progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer success.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within accounts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce or similar) for managing client data and sales activities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on driving customer satisfaction and long-term success.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
