We are seeking a talented individual like you to join our Inside Sales team. Location: Remote

Salary: $51,500 Base Salary, Total First Year OTE $86,500

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales calls to families in need of senior living solutions.
Listen attentively to families' needs and provide personalized recommendations for senior living options.
Build rapport with families and guide them through the decision-making process with empathy and professionalism.
Collaborate effectively with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in CRM system.

Requirements:

3+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Comfortable with technology and proficient in CRM software.

Benefits:

$51,500 Base Salary with Total First Year OTE $86,500.
Uncapped commissions paid out monthly, offering the potential to earn significantly more.
$1500 sign-on bonus.
