As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing long-term partnerships with key enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will develop a deep understanding of our clients' strategic objectives and act as a trusted advisor to deliver tailored solutions. This role requires a proactive, client-focused leader with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, ensuring that each account receives the highest level of service and value.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build, manage, and nurture strong, trusted relationships with key decision makers at MyStudio's enterprise clients and strategic accounts, to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide strategic insights and solutions.
Account Strategy & Growth:
- Develop and execute customized account plans that align with clients' strategic objectives and business needs.
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities within accounts to increase client investment and service adoption, ensuring high client retention and growth.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the client portfolio.
Project Management & Execution:
- Lead the onboarding of new clients and oversee the end-to-end delivery of solutions, coordinating with internal departments (product, customer support, finance) to ensure successful implementation.
- Manage client projects and engagements, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards.
Revenue Forecasting & Budgeting
- Develop accurate forecasts and strategic plans to meet revenue and account growth targets.
- Track account performance and create detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, providing insights on client metrics, product adoption, and client satisfaction.
Client Advocacy & Problem Solving
- Act as the client's advocate within MyStudio to resolve escalated issues, ensuring prompt and effective responses.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact client needs and proactively address potential issues or opportunities.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with the product team to communicate client feedback and requirements to enhance product development and innovation.
- Partner with marketing teams to develop tailored client outreach, including case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership content.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or client relationship management, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record in managing and growing enterprise accounts, with demonstrable results in retention and revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to managing client relationships.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficient in CRM tools, especially HubSpot
