Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, driving sales growth, and developing new business opportunities.
- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
- Have channels of clients and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Have knowledge of products(bathroom tiles and fixtures).
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management

Requirements:
- Previous sales experience in top home improvement retailers or top manufacturers of plumbing fixtures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Responsible for all aspects of implementing and planning sales process for Box Stores (online , face to face, etc.)

-Requires to be interactive with the internal and external resources needed to make sure projects executed
