Position Summary: Technology Account Manager Are you seeking strong training and development? Our Leadership Training Program is just for you!

How you will develop in the first 6 months with C3 Tech

Exposure- You’ll meet with local Orange County business leaders at small to mid-size companies and learn to adjust your approach and tactics depending on the audience and industry. You will also be mentored by legends in the industry.

Build Skills- Become stronger in business acumen, leadership, resiliency, and prioritization. Learn to run your business at an efficient and high level.

Sales- Smart prospecting, qualifying, sales funnel process, proposal building, closing, relationship building, account management. Train your sales skills to master any craft.

Product Knowledge – Become an industry expert on multiple lines of technology, solution selling strategies, and lock-out features for major manufacturers. Once graduated from our Leadership Training Program, you will have the opportunity to develop your unique career path within C3 Tech.

Role: The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be a self-starter who is comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources to meet the assigned expectations for their role. They should be able to identify and develop new business opportunities in a protected territory while maintaining strong relationships with current customers and expanding our offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain current client relationships
  • Develop relationships with new business opportunities
  • Track and record metrics throughout the sales process
  • Meet and exceed financial goals
  • Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of maintaining field relationships and business experience
  • Financially motivated
  • Passion for people and building relationships
  • Natural leadership qualities
  • Eager to build a career, not just have a job
  • Extremely self-motivated & organized with the ability to multitask
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
  • Entrepreneur approach and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
