European Wax Center is currently looking for a fun, bright and outgoing Assistant Manager to join our rapidly growing team!

Job Role:

Provide excellent customer service.
Consistently sell packages and products.
Maintain an impeccably clean center.
Meeting metrics goals consistently.
Coach performance through available metrics and encourage associate's professional growth through achievement and accountability.

Qualifications:

Growth-minded and open to learning.
Sincere in your communication; you care about others.
Attention to detail; follow proven systems and policies.
Able to work flexible days/hours; can cover shifts when needed.
Lives 15-20 minutes from our center.
