Located in Denver, we offer commercial and residential roofing services. We aim to be most committed and passionate roofing companies throughout Colorado.

We need a Sales Manager with these qualities:

• By effectively managing your personal sales pipeline and expanding the sales staff, you can achieve growth and surpass sales targets.
• Create and carry out a strategic business plan that increases the company's clientele and guarantees its continued existence.
• Your own hiring, goal-setting, coaching, and performance evaluation of sales reps
• By working together and getting to know your customers' needs, you may cultivate and maintain enduring connections with them.
• Provide accurate estimates along with sales, revenue, and spending data.
• Recognize new items and the state of the competition while keeping an eye out for rising markets and changes in the industry.
• Organize consultations with homeowners that are both on time and within budget.
• Demonstrate to sales representatives how to successfully follow our tried-and-true sales process.
• Conduct weekly reviews with all sales representatives and, if necessary, assign action items for them to finish.
