Job Description
Kane Partners is searching for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within a designated region. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving revenue growth. The RSM will work closely with senior management to ensure alignment with company objectives and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize market share.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities and address challenges.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align regional efforts with overall company goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in sales management, preferably in Protein and Poultry
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies and managing sales teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Willingness to travel as needed within the region (60 – 75%)
