About Us:
United Engravers, a leader in corrugated printing plate solutions, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Flexographic Sales Account Manager to join our team. Based in our Schaumburg, IL facility, this role supports our sales staff and serves as the essential link between customers and our production team, ensuring seamless workflow and top-tier client service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee multiple packaging projects at various stages, ensuring each element remains on schedule and within scope. Identify potential challenges in the print process and devise solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Customer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, relaying instructions, updating on progress, and ensuring customer expectations are met.
  • Data Management: Manage customer data efficiently within our approval database. Accurately document customer requirements and coordinate these with the production team.
  • Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide critical support, including data entry, retrieval, and project tracking.
  • Problem Solving: Apply analytical skills and logical thinking to resolve work-related issues independently.
  • Reporting: Regularly update customers and internal teams on project timelines, progress, and potential risks.

Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: 2+ years in the packaging or print production industry (flexographic experience preferred).
  • Project Management Skills: Proven experience handling time-sensitive, complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiar with customer approval databases.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated experience in a role that requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

We offer a competitive salary package along with Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401k with profit sharing and long-term disability. The position is hourly with opportunity for overtime. 7:30am-4:30pm with 1hr lunch.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
