Position Overview:
We are looking for dynamic Sales People who will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of our products and services. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in sales, with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets. Experience in the education, events, or related industries is highly desirable, as is the ability to thrive in a partly remote and partly in-office work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales leads and opportunities through proactive outreach efforts, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate potential customers on the benefits and features of our offerings.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- Experience in the education, events, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a partly remote and partly in-office work environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, events, and conferences.
