Garmat USA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales Manager
As a Channel Sales Manager & Enablement, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our channel partners, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a key role in our organization that will work closely with our Distribution Partners to strengthen our relationship with this key channel to the market and ensure we that the right partners in the right locations to meet/exceed the company growth objectives and deliver upon Garmat’s value proposition to our distribution partners and customers.
Essential Duties

  • Sets, tracks, and supports distributors in the achievement of sales quotas on both revenue and bookings, aligned with the growth objectives of Garmat.
  • Conducts quarterly scorecard and KPI reviews with channel partners.
  • Manages channel sales pipeline and improve visibility into future market trends.
  • Manages all contracts, revisions, territory changes and first line for disputes.
  • Develops and implements regular sales training curriculum, for in person or remote options.
  • Leads Distributor SharePoint site project to create a single access point for all communications, relevant files/downloads, and key information to help our distributors be more successful.
  • Organizes and leads quarterly Distributor townhall sessions, focused on “growing together” and providing key updates on Garmat operations and sales initiatives.
  • Organizes and leads bi-annual Distributor council sessions, establishing the team as an Advisory Council for the broader distribution group and channel to the market. These sessions will deep dive into key priorities to identify and execute on areas to continue to grow market share through our channel partners.
  • Works cross-functionally with operations, engineering, design, finance, and marketing, to continuously improve Garmat’s delivered value to Distribution partners.
  • Builds, develops, and strengthens existing and new indirect National Account programs to grow opportunities through distribution, by owning the relationships with the indirect National Accounts.
  • Responsible for leading succession planning for current distribution, including identifying potential new distributor partners, acquisition, or direct market opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing or a related field or equivalent progressive sales experience of 3 or more years.
  • 3 or more years combined in a channel, brand management, product/category management and/or sales role.
  • Proven ability to create innovative and strategic programs/campaigns and execute.
  • Ability to demonstrate consistent ability to meet objectives on time and within budget.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and organizational skills; detail-oriented, highly motivated and self-starter.
  • Proven capacity to excel in a fast-paced, multifaceted, team environment.
  • Excellent oral, presentation and written communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment and interact with individuals at all levels in the organization.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Intermediate user of MSOffice (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) as well as CRM tools.
  • The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time to customer locations in other states.
