Position Overview:
As a Sales Manager at Bnb Hyperion, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will play a pivotal role in developing sales strategies, building and nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the team's success. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader with a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Training and mentoring a high-performing sales team
· Set clear sales objectives and performance expectations for the team
· Provide coaching, feedback, and support to ensure the team's success
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue goals
· Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
· Identify and engage with new potential clients
· Daily attends local networking events
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
· Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role
· Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
· In-depth knowledge of sales strategies
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
· Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
· Exceptional proficiency in spoken and written English
· Good sales techniques
· Great collaboration skills
· Good Project management skills
Compensation: Commissions up to $5000 in addition to monthly salary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
