You’ll engage with a diverse array of leads including expired listings, FSBOs, neighborhood insights, rental properties, and pre-foreclosures.
What You'll Do:
- Proactively nurture leads through effective communication, assessing client needs.
- Schedule appointments and connect potential clients with field agents for viewings and consultations.
- Use your real estate knowledge to provide insights and advice, enhancing client satisfaction.
- Manage lead databases to ensure a streamlined sales process.

Requirements:
- Valid Real Estate License.
- Demonstrated success and sales experience in real estate, particularly in calling seller leads.
