Job Title: Business Development Representative – IT
Location: Coral Gables (On-Site)
Compensation: $100K+ OTE (On Target Earnings) – First Year!
Type of Contract: Permanent
Schedule: Full-Time (Monday-Friday)
Start Date: January 6th, 2025

Description:
As a BDR specializing in IT, you will focus on connecting top IT talent with leading organizations. Your role will involve prospecting clients in the technology sector, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions. You'll be a critical part of our IT sales team, driving business growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of IT companies seeking recruitment solutions.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client challenges and IT-specific talent needs.
  • Develop recruitment strategies for roles in software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT project management.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage client interactions and sales processes.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with IT recruitment or sales in tech firms.
  • Experience selling SaaS or technical services is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of tools and platforms used in the tech industry.
