Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Lead to join our team. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations and providing guidance to the sales team. Your role will involve driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Sell products and services to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships
- Train, develop, and motivate the sales team to achieve their goals
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of sales associates
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process of new sales team members
- Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and record keeping
- Manage shift schedules and ensure proper coverage

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in a leadership or supervisory position
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Experience in interviewing and hiring new employees
- Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling and reporting
