Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and stay updated on industry trends
- Develop and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products or services
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to potential customers and schedule appointments
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to understand technical aspects of products or services being sold
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience in inside sales or telemarketing is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $32,130.99 per year

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
  • sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Westmount, QC H3Z 1S1

Expected start date: 2024-05-01
