Weidner Motors Ltd is an automotive dealership in Lacombe, AB with a long history of customer service and community support. Many of our staff have been on this team for a number of years and we look forward to servicing the community for many more!
Do you like to talk to people? Help customers needing a vehicle find the perfect match? We are currently looking to fill a position for a Sales Consultant. We value the growth of our employees by providing a teaching environment, combined with the opportunity to pursue a professional career in automotive sales.
Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
- Meet and greet customers inside and outside
- Expand customer base and strengthen loyalty of existing customers
- Maintain and increase knowledge of different vehicles (features/characteristics) of both house brand (Chevrolet/GM) and competitive models
- Listen to each customer's needs to best assist them in finding the perfect vehicle for them.
- Explain pricing and payment plans as well as addressing and overcoming objections
- Maintain regular training provided
- Work Monday - Friday from 9AM - 5PM with rotating Saturdays
Requirements:
- Ability to work well with others, and take direction
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to help
- Positive attitude and ability to adapt
Experience:
- Automotive & sales knowledge is required. Online experience would be an asset.
License/Certification:
- Driver’s License (required)
