AT&T Account Manager Trainee Responsibilities:
- Engaging directly with customers and answering questions to provide detailed product information that sparks interest
- Training and developing new team members to ensure a thorough understanding of company goals and objectives
- Demonstrating the features and benefits of products, showcasing how they meet customer needs and offering practical solutions that meet their needs
- Work with customers to facilitate the process of any sales orders while managing customer accounts professionally and compliant meeting all client expectations
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or recommend product upgrades, offering customers premium options that enhance their overall experience while increasing sales potential
- Adhering to all compliance regulations set forth by both clients and our company, ensuring that all activities align with brand standards and company policies
AT&T Account Manager Trainee Qualifications Preferred:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in client services, sales, or any customer-facing role is highly preferred
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, enabling you to engage customers confidently, clearly communicate product benefits, and represent our client’s services with professionalism
- Adaptability and flexibility to handle diverse customer interactions, navigate various sales situations, and excel in a dynamic sales environment
- Proficiency with POS systems, sales tracking tools, and mobile apps, ensuring smooth reporting of sales activities and customer feedback
- Driven and enthusiastic about achieving both team and personal goals, with a positive attitude and a commitment to contributing to the overall success of the AT&T Account Manager Trainee team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
