Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Associate to join The Platinum Group Real Estate Team. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our business by proactively prospecting new leads and engaging in effective cold calling strategies. This position requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for real estate. Training for this position will be provided if needed. Real Estate License not required.
- $500 Bonus for closed transactions on top of hourly wage
- $100 up-front bonus for signed client contract
- Laptop/desktop computer required**
- Training will be provided
- Sales experience preferred
- Reach out to Real Estate leads through cold calling
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Possibility for future growth within the company

- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
