Sales Manager Opportunity - Independent Welding Supply Distributor
We are a proud, family-owned and operated distributor of welding and industrial supplies, serving California's Central Valley for four generations. With a rich history of excellence and a vision for growth, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and lead our sales efforts into the future.

Position Overview
As our Sales Manager, you will take the lead in driving sales strategies, coaching our dedicated sales team, and fostering strong relationships with customers and industry partners. Ideal candidates will have direct sales management experience within the welding or industrial supply industry and a deep understanding of our market and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and new prospects.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Drive initiatives to expand our market share in industrial gas and welding supply sales.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the welding supply or industrial gas industry.
- In-depth knowledge of welding equipment, industrial gases, and related safety products.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and develop actionable plans.
- Familiarity with the Central Valley market is highly preferred.
