Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to build and manage a robust book of business in a defined geographic region. The ideal candidate will focus on developing 100-200 loyal customers, generating $1.5 million in annual sales across our high-end kosher meat and wine product lines. This is a hybrid role requiring travel for client meetings, trade shows, and conferences, as well as time spent at our South Florida office.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a book of business of 100-200 B2C customers, driving $1.5 million in annual revenue.
- Develop expertise in kosher meat and wine products, providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle all aspects of the client relationship, from acquisition to retention, ensuring a seamless buying experience.
- Travel to trade shows, conferences, and client meetings as needed.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to align on strategies and customer solutions.
- Track sales performance, generate reports, and present insights with detailed analysis and recommendations.
- Coordinate and manage tasting events, marketing initiatives, and activations, including shul pop-ups, trade shows, and community events to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Skills and Experience Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, food & beverage, or the lifestyle segment.
- Strong technical acumen with experience using CRMs, project management tools, and advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting is a plus, though not required.
- Ability to independently manage client relationships with minimal oversight.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on inter-departmental collaboration.
- Experience in planning and executing events, including tastings, trade shows, or pop-up activations, with the ability to manage logistics and engage with customers on-site.
Performance Metrics and Accountability
- Performance will be evaluated on:
- Top-line revenue
- Profit margins
- Customer acquisition
- Average order value
- Expected to generate sales reports with accompanying insights and context.
- Annual sales goal of $1.5 million in the defined region.

- Hybrid role: Actively selling within the designated geographic region and working from the South Florida office.
Compensation and Benefits

Pay: $55,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
