The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, building relationships with customers, and helping them find the perfect car for their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- Provide customers with information about vehicles, features, and financing options.
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the vehicles in the dealership's inventory.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and new vehicle models.
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction.
- Greet Customer's arriving to the dealership.
- Attend staff meetings, training, and other activities within the workplace.
- Professional with a confident attitude
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Self-starter with strong initiative with a firm commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time management, prioritization skills, and ability to multitask.
- Ambitious, goal-oriented mentality and eager to improve.
