We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and showcase our products effectively. Duties

Conduct inside sales by engaging with customers both in-person and over the phone to understand their needs.
Provide product demonstrations that highlight the features and benefits of our offerings.
Assist customers with lighting design and interior design projects, ensuring they receive the best solutions for their spaces.
Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Utilize CAD software to create visual representations of designs for clients when necessary.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and products to effectively sell and advise customers.
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Experience

Previous experience in inside sales or customer service is preferred.
Familiarity with remodeling processes and interior design principles is a plus.
Strong communication skills are essential for effectively conveying product information and understanding customer needs.
Experience with cash handling is required.
Proficiency in CAD software is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided as needed.
A passion for lighting design and an eye for detail will greatly enhance your success in this role.
