Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets
  • Work with sales representatives to develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and accounts
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and meet customer needs
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and trainings to educate team members on product knowledge and selling techniques
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in business development, technology sales and sales management
  • Proven track record of success in management roles
  • Background in MPS, Copiers, MNS/IT, Telecom, Cloud Security/Services, Document Managment and/or Barcode Printing required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to hire, train, work with sales representatives to drive business and territory development
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required (managing sales reps in TX and FL territories)
  • Must be located in Tampa or Orlando areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Travel requirement:

  • Up to 50% travel

Experience:

  • Sales management: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Technology sales: 2 years (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Tampa, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
