Job Description

We’re looking for a highly-motivated candidate seeking their next opportunity in broadcast technology and accessible media for the role of Client Success Executive. As a Client Success Executive, you’ll become an expert in the latest broadcast technologies. You’ll collaborate with a fun and close-knit energetic team and produce extraordinary experiences for our clients – including television stations, universities, city municipalities, Fortune 500 companies, and churches all around the United States.

Position Summary:

As a Client Success Executive, responsibilities will include oversight of existing accounts, lead qualification and client relationship building. The follow-through on client communication strengthens the connection with our clients and is essential to this role. Compiling analytic data for executive review and addressing potential challenges to accounts comprises the rest of the fundamental elements of this role.

Essential Duties:

  • Develop close working relationships with clients to ensure retention and potential growth.
  • Connecting with clients through various methods daily is essential. Inbound and outbound calls, emails, virtual meetings, etc.
  • Act as a liaison between internal departments.
  • Analytics: Compiling data from current accounts and conducting market research within our space is fundamental to this role. Regular reporting on this data to be required.
  • Quote preparation for new project requests as needed.
  • Various administrative duties as requested.
  • Track and report data through the CRM.
  • Attending offsite client meetings and trade shows as requested by management.
  • This position requires some travel, flexible hours, and occasional overtime.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or account management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with clients.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and trends to drive decision-making.
- Experience in technology sales is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
