Mazda of Vacaville is under new management and looking for individuals who want to bring your leadership skills to our table. We are searching for a Sales Manager who wants to lead and win! Our Auto Group is growing and looking to promote GSM's and GM's from within. Must have the desire to be successful, by able to desk and find creative ways of making deals happen! We are looking for someone who will show your leadership skills and command ownership of your department.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Coach sales team on proper closing techniques through training and active participation
- Work with and in CRM on lead management and performance
- Be able to close over phone, internet and active showroom customers
- Maintain department compliance with OEM salespeople certifications
- Achieve forecasted goals and objectives for dealership and OEM sales, gross and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis
- Work with General Manager with lead source ROI
- Problem solver
- Desk new and used car deals
- Submit to bank and work with finance manager
