Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving the sales team to over achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Develop more retail stores based on the FOTILE sales channel principle and finish the annual new store target number.
- Manage and assist retail partners to better understand FOTILE's territory strategy, and complete annual supplemental agreements with clients based on previous performance.
- Search, visit, introduce, present, or other activities to promote, market, advertise, or advance business relationship with builders or developers in the designated territory or territories.
- Provide quotes or sample rooms, conduct negotiation or follow-up, or consummate transactions with builders or developers in the designated territory or territories.
- Attend trade shows and conventions to represent FOTILE products and support Marketing efforts.
- Execute marketing activities in designated territory and assist dealers’ complete promotions.
- Organize and implement daily dealer visits to ensure mutually advantageous relationships.
- Perform all duties in the designated territory or territories within the budget plan of the Company.
- Manage sales/stock/purchase data daily and monthly to better predict order frequency.
- Assist dealers, strategic partners, or other collaborators to advance, promote or market FOTILE products and good name in the designated territory or territories.
- Develop, strengthen, maintain, or improve mutually advantageous relationships with dealers, strategic partners, or other business collaborators.
- Provide market feedback to management about competitive activities, i.e. pricing, quality, new product introductions, sales force changes, etc.
- Complete other jobs assigned by the upper management team.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a related field, with a preference for those in retail or the kitchen appliance industry.
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or surpassing revenue targets through effective sales strategies.
- Proven expertise in crafting and executing retail strategies, encompassing tasks such as store expansions and overseeing partnerships with retail entities.
- Strong negotiation, showcased through a history of successfully closing deals and fostering enduring relationships with clients and partners.
- Previous experience in B2B dealings.
- Fluency and proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
- Familiarity with the local economic landscape.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
