MISSION
- Service Parts Sales Engineer is responsible to support managing the service parts database up to date & Generate reports by pulling data from SAP, PLM, Shared drives etc.
- Quoting and negotiating price changes with OPmobility customers in North America, after end of production.
- Work in collaboration with everyone from service teams of each plant and plant controllers.
- Work is performed in a fast-paced environment within tight time constraints.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain NAO service parts material margin tracker for reporting monthly or quarterly, by pulling data from SAP, PLM, shared drives etc.
- Work with plant service team to clean up master service data in order to generate accurate reports.
- Support maintaining & updating all service part customer contracts for all OPmobility North America customers OPmobility NAO customers (GM, Ford, Stellantis/Mopar, Nissan, Hyundai/Kia/Mobis, Mercedes, Navistar, BRP, Polaris etc.).
- Support to establish and maintain all service part tooling asset database including physical locations of all OPmobility owned and customer owned assets, including those at supplier’s locations.
- Generate Service KPI (customer score card, Material Margin, overdue payments, pass due parts, Vehicle Off Road etc.) reporting on regular basis.
- Key contact of Ramos Service team for other NAO plants and NAO Regional Service Manager.
- Work with purchasing to minimize cost increases from suppliers and to get detailed breakdowns of increases from suppliers to pass on to customer.
- Prepare quote and negotiate with customer for any price changes of service parts after end of production.
- Work with plant stake holders (plant finance controllers, supply chain team etc.) to maintain accurate internal costs (labor, set up, overheads etc.) in SAP for service parts.
ACTIVITIES
- Pull data from SAP, PLM, shared drive etc., clean up and generates reports as requested by management.
- Clean up and maintain list of active service parts, EOP, EOS and MOQ data base for parts after EOP.
- Alert Service CC team of potential price increase opportunity timing.
- Alert Service CC team of potential loss of margin due supplier prices increase or internal cost increases.
- Collect cost (purchased components, Raw materials, Labor, Overhead, SG&A, inflation, set up, logistics, Packaging, financial fees, etc.), prepare quote for customer and negotiate price changes with customer after end of production.

PROFILE REQUIRED
Personal Background
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferable in data management.
- 1 to 2 years’ experience is preferred.
Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of SAP required. If no experience in SAP then should be willing to learn in fast pace.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft excel.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint etc).
- Basic ability to navigate Internet and Intranet software packages.
- Ability to maintain working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Must be flexible, dependable, and creative.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills (English required)
- Ability to collect, maintain and analyze data using tools like SAP, PLM, excel, Qlik sense or similar software.
- Must be able to manage time and determine priorities.
- Must be motivated to learn new tools and work on challenging assignments out of comfort zones.
- Must be motivated to grow in company to take on different roles, given opportunity.
