Position Description:Summit Professional Education is the national leader in providing high quality continuing education courses for Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists.

Position Overview: Perfect for a consistently high-performing professional B2B salesperson, or experienced sales manager. Strong base salary with attractive high potential sales commission/bonus program. This is a new role at Summit, created to support our growing sales organization, and will step into a team responsible for new and existing accounts, including Hospitals/Acute Care Facilities, Home Health Companies, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Private Practices, and School Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales bookings targets.
Lead, coach and manage existing sales team to performance standards.
Ensure consistent communication and delivery of value to prospects and customers throughout customer journey.
Hire and train new Account Executives and Account Managers as needed.
Develop a culture of ownership and success within the team, setting clear expectations and holding team members accountable.
Provide regular feedback and help refine and innovate Summit product offerings vs. competition based on knowledge, findings and feedback from sales conversations.
Effectively leverage CRM tool to track and optimize sales outcomes.
Regularly communicate with and report to SVP of Sales and Customer Success, including forecasting and performance management
Key Skills & Experience:
Well organized, with a proven ability to drive the B2B sales process from plan to close.
Clear understanding of repeatable sales process, with ability to communicate to others in the form of training and coaching.
Excellent written and oral communication skills ability to clearly and concisely understand customer needs and communicate benefits and value.
Perseverance, self-starter ability to self-motivate to overcome obstacles over time and deliver success.

Qualifications:
Proven track record of B2B sales success, including training/mentoring/leading a team.
CRM proficiency (Salesforce experience is a plus).
Experience selling concepts or platforms a plus (e.g. health care, insurance, software, telecom).
