Position Overview: We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Task Force Catering Sales Manager to join our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with proven sales expertise and must be proficient in Envision. This role is critical to driving group and event sales, maximizing revenue opportunities, and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Group & Event Sales: Actively sell and manage group blocks and meeting/event space, targeting corporate, association, and social markets.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while prospecting for new business. Conduct site visits, sales presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Envision Expertise: Utilize systems for all sales and catering management activities including bookings, contracts and proposals. Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of all sales activities and revenue opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Envision is a must
- Ability to travel and stay out 3 weeks at a time
- Must be available immediately
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, meeting space, and group sales
Proven experience in hotel sales, with a focus on group and event sales
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $1,300.00 per week
