BPL Sales is in search of an Inside Sales Coordinator. The successful candidate will be a dedicated, hard-working individual who takes pride in their work. They will be responsible for managing the flow of work orders, coordinating the purchases of job materials and parts, and provide consistent and reliable inside sales support to our customers. They will maintain excellent rapport and build long-term value-based relationships with customers. With their enthusiastic and ambitious energy to provide the highest quality of customer service, they will play a definite key role in enhancing our corporate image and reputation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Project quoting and estimating support

· Manage parts and service requests

· Work with the sales department and project managers to track job progress and keep track of project stages

· Work with the accounting department for progress billing of projects

· Produce installation, operation, and maintenance manuals for projects

· Manage and update the sales bid calendar

· Entering job orders and producing material purchase orders for projects

· Other duties as assigned

Beneficial Skills and Requirements:

  • Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to time manage
  • Must be detail oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Effective oral and written communication skills with good interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft word
  • Must have valid Class 5 Driver’s License
  • Knowledge of, or experience in HVAC business is considered an asset

Work Remotely

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Education:

  • AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer Support & Client Services Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
  • HVAC: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
