Job Responsibility and Duties:
- Lead and mentor a talented team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and penetrate new markets.
- Foster strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment and success. - Provide insightful market feedback and competitive intelligence to inform product development and business strategy.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Qualification and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, or higher, in Physics/Optics or engineering.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with at least 5 years of experience in selling test and measurement products and/or, in particular, tunable lasers.
- Deep understanding of the test and measurement industry, laser technology, and relevant applications.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
