Job Description

Medical Billing Services has an opening for a full-time Account Manager - Substance Abuse / Mental Health.

Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining an open line of communication through onshore and offshore teams.
Make sure all process leads are carrying out their responsibilities.
Assisting and guiding the process leads to prioritize work/accounts/facilities based on the overall situation
Taking up any major escalations as projects and seeing through completion
Making sure that the offshore team is provided with timely and required feedback and training.
Responsible to create and maintain a synergy between the two teams so that both teams work towards a common goal efficiently
Being part of the account health status reviews for all Programs

Position Requirements

5+ years experience in the field with complete knowledge of end to end RCM processes
Analytically strong with a temperament to manage crises effectively with a clear focus on root cause analysis and rectification measures.
Knowledge of Medical Billing
Knowledge of Collections
Knowledge of MyAvatar preferred but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Must have managed a minimum team size of 10 - 15 team members
Experience presenting to C-level executives
Substance abuse / Mental health experience with Medicaid / Managed Medicaid billing and UR
Strong MS Excel experience.
