THIS POSITION IS IN EUGENE OREGON!! PAID RELOCATION!

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales team and drive marketing strategies in Eugene OR. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel or resort sales, account management, and market analysis.

*Duties*

- Oversee all Sales and Catering in a $6mm F&B department. Many weddings and catering functions

- Oversee a department of 5 sales professionals.

- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals for tours and contract business (corporate, smerf, etc...)

- Lead the sales team with social media marketing.

- Lead the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly

- Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales targets accurately

- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and performance

- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the sales team

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts

*Requirements*

- 3 years prior resort or hotel DOS or DOSM experience. Proven experience in hospitality sales.

- Strong ability to analyze data and market trends to drive decision-making

- Demonstrated success in account management and developing long-term client relationships

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $113,958.00 - $133,445.00 per year

Experience:

  • Hotel Sales & Marketing: 3 years (Required)
  • Leadership: 1 year (Required)

  • Portland, OR 97201: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
