We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales activities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Previous flooring experience is a bonus, but necessary as we can train.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business by prospecting and identifying potential customers in the flooring industry.
  • Develop new relationships with restoration and property management clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Attend sites to conduct measurements, provide accurate estimates, and make product recommendations.
  • Prepare and present quotes and proposals to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as project managers, installers, and customer service to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to provide customers with the most up-to-date information and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, including customer interactions, quotes, and sales activities, using CRM software.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including timely responses to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the flooring industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent communications and people skills.
  • Ability to accurately measure and estimate flooring materials.
  • Knowledge of different types of flooring materials, installation methods, and industry standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits.

Pay: $65,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
