SUMMARY:
The Sales Manager position requires relevant sales experience in the logistics industry, preferably within the recycling resources sector. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in International Trade, Logistics, Marketing, or related fields, with a minimum of 2 years' sales experience in relevant industries. Strong leadership, organizational, communication and coordination abilities are essential, along with an established industry network. The ideal candidate will possess excellent market analysis and judgment skills, coupled with a strong customer service focus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a requirement. Overall, this role demands proven sales expertise, an applicable educational background, outstanding interpersonal and analytical capabilities, and a thorough understanding of the recycling resources client base.
