Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients and local leads
- Lead the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer accounts
- Provide effective communication with front desk and operations managers
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews
Experience:
- Proven experience in business development and outside sales
- Must have previous hotel sales experience
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Solid understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Experience in account management and customer relationship management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
