Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 1+ years of recruiting experience
- 2+ years of Sales Management experience
- 5+ years of experience in any of the following:
- Medical Sales
- Diagnostic Sales
- Specialty Pharmacy Sales
- Clinical Pharmacy
- Valid Regular Driver License (DL)
- Experience managing a team of 12-13+ people
- Comfortable with 75% travel requirement
Preferred:
- Experience in pharmaceutical, medical, diagnostic, or specialty pharmacy sales
- Successful track record in recruiting and retaining top talent
- Strong skills in building and managing relationships with customers and manufacturers
- Ability to evaluate the performance of account managers and provide feedback
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment, training, and retention efforts for top talent
- Provide exceptional leadership and direction to the sales team
- Drive area sales performance to meet or exceed annual goals
- Develop and implement business plans to optimize team success in the region
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers and manufacturers
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to maximize sales results
- Evaluate account managers' performance and provide timely feedback
- Adhere to compliance requirements as stated in the policy and procedure manual
Schedule and Shift Details:
- Full-time onsite position with paid relocation
- 40 hours per week with 50-75% overnight travel required
Travel:
- 50-75% overnight travel required
Bonus Opportunity:
- Quarterly bonus potential up to $25,000
Remote Role but candidates must be in New York, New Jersey, Boston, Baltimore or DC.
