Job Description

A multi-national global manufacturing conglomerate serving the Food Service industry seeks to engage an "Inside Sales - Customer Success Specialist". This is a marketing position reporting to the Director of Marketing.

This is a pure 100% inside sales role operating out of the office in Mississauga, ON.

Working hours are Monday to Friday with flexible hours. Come into the office anytime between 7:30am – 9:00am and work an 8 hour day.

Location: on-site at the Mississauga Head Office. The office is close to the 401.

You must reside in the Toronto area or relocate to be considered for this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pre-Sales :
The primary goal is to market the Company’s product line to the Canadian marketplace by successfully inviting companies to online sales webinars or by securing appointments for the field sales team.

You will also qualify prospects via internet investigation and telephone communication, thus developing it into a functional record where the company can interact and support the customer.

You will target the Company’s existing customer base, thus embracing the ideal of multiple touch points on the customer lifecycle to maximize upsell opportunities for a total kitchen solution.

You will proactively drive sales via the identification and qualification of new business prospects.

You will do continuous CRM (Sales Force 2.0) updates.

After-Sales :
You will keep the relationship with customer up-to-date, constantly following-up on their needs.

You will book the training (Company Academy)

Marketing :
You will provide support on general marketing department demands.

REQUIREMENTS:
Professional Experience :
Food Industry: 5+ years of kitchen experience: Chef and/or Supervising Kitchen Operations / Catering Industry (preferred)

Hospitality Industry (preferred)

Experience on troubleshooting by phone or via e-mail / Microsoft Teams or similar (required)

Cold Calling (preferred)

Behavioural Profile Required :
Extroverted / Good Communication Skills

Pro-Active

Organized (High level of information and follow-up necessary)

Results-Oriented

Detail-Oriented

Customer-Oriented

Self-Motivated

Skills Required :
Microsoft Office (Required)

CRM Experience :
Sales Force (Preferred)

SAP (Preferred)

COMPENSATION:
Base salary is $65,000 area, commensurate with experience.

Plus $10,000 in commissions.

20 days Paid Time Off (excluding statutory holidays).

Full Benefits after 90 Days.
