You will need to be able to work flexible days and hours.
As our Salon Manager you need a solid understanding of sales. Your responsibilities will include:
- providing leadership and daily direction to the sales and nail tech teams
- executing a lead generation and marketing strategy to increase membership and product sales
- executing on and exceeding monthly salon goals
- planning and promoting special events for the salon on a monthly basis
- effective decision making regarding customer service issues
- high caliber approach to coaching and staff development
- ensuring that our boutique is clean, and maintained to PROSE Nails Standard
