```Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team to suppport our e commerce and other key customers in collaboration with the Director of Sales. This is an excellent opportuntiy to join a fast growing aerospace distributor and manufacturer with lots of upward mobility potential.
Duties:
- Manage all e commerce sales orders, including:
- Order processing
- Customer service
- Auditing of e commerce pricing and inventory
- Help enhance e commerce items for sale
o Assist Director of sales with key customers
- Enter all sales orders
- Answer customer expedite emails/calls
- Coordinate planning of all orders with buyers and production team to ensure on time delivery
- Help assist with other miscellaneous projects related to supporting customers and e commerce efforts
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing planning capacity
- Highly proficient with Microsoft products: word, excel, power point
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
