Are you an experienced, driven, dynamic Sales Manager with expertise in leading a regional team of sales professionals? Are you looking for an opportunity that allows you to travel parts of Western Canada? Our client is looking for you!

The chosen candidate will be responsible for leading the Direct Sales Team in the Western Canada (AB, BC, SK, MB) for a company specializing in Mechanical Pump systems.

Your key responsibilities will include defining key-market strategies for your team, achieving growth targets, and collaborating with the Channel Manager to drive overall sales growth. Additionally, you will support business development efforts and focus on building and developing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategic plans to achieve growth and profit objectives
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve results with a focus on key strategic customers
Identify new business opportunities and customer targets to support the strategic plan
Partner with Channel Manager to acquire new Channel Partners within the region
Encourage innovative thinking to achieve breakthrough results and celebrate achievements
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and promote employee development
Monitor commercial strategy execution and collect Voice Of Customer feedback from key clients
Ensure integration of service and aftermarket processes and monitor sales growth progress through KPIs

Requirements/Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in technical sales of rotating equipment preferred
Proven track record in commercial sales and acumen
Experience in building and developing high-performing sales teams
Ability to work remotely and travel (Western Canada) up to 50%
Strong business relationship-building skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional management, leadership, and time management skills
Proficiency in multitasking and working efficiently while traveling
Thorough knowledge of territory, market, and clients
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft CRM Dynamics
Ability to move within product installation sites and customer locations
Effective communication skills via phone, MS Teams, and in person
Comfortable working in a general manufacturing, warehouse, and office environment
