Director of Sales
A privately owned, small television group with great growth opportunities in the Gulf Coast seeks a dynamic Director of Sales to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate is creative, passionate, and energetic. We are looking for someone with fresh ideas that thinks out-of-the box and can be an integral part of strategic planning while meeting the demands of a changing environment.
The candidate must be results oriented and have excellent sales presentation and communication skills. Must be able to plan and achieve sales objectives, have coaching/training experience, and develop new business for multiple platforms.
A college degree is preferred with a minimum of three to five years of television sales management experience required. Candidate must also be able to demonstrate how to execute a professional sales culture and sales strategy. Pre-employment drug screening required.
