About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Inside Sales Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Tampa branch. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and process orders efficiently and promptly. As a crucial member of our sales team, you will play a significant role in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Able to fulfill essential responsibilities with or without accommodations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the manufacturing industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience with ERP systems
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing product information and pricing quotes
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Skills:
As a Bi-lingual Inside Sales Customer Service Representative, you will utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients. You will also use your strong attention to detail and organizational skills to process orders accurately and efficiently.
