This role is responsible for Memory product sales to one of the leading hyperscale and AI focused companies in the US. The successful candidate will have expertise in supporting product selection, sales, and service, effectively maintaining a strong partnership and business relationship with the customer. Key responsibilities include forecasting, sales data management, technical and business meeting alignment, and other end-to-end sales related tasks to ensure smooth execution of sales targets and customer requirements. Strong people and organizational skills are needed to bring key internal stakeholders together to successfully meet customer needs. This role will require working onsite at the Bellevue, Washington office at least 3 days per week.
Must have:
  • Extensive sales experience in the semiconductor industry or related technical field, preferably with DRAM.
  • Sales Leadership and Tier 1 Customer Account Management Experience.
  • Experience with DRAM products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Good to have:
  • Experience in the hyperscale or AI market.
  • Experience with technical product support and service.
  • Experience with forecasting and sales data management.

What You’ll Do
In this role you will be responsible for Memory product sales to one of the leading hyperscale and AI focused companies in the US. Their growth in this sector will be greatly served by your expertise in supporting product selection, sales, and service, and effectively maintaining a strong partnership and business relationship with the customer. In this role you will be a key contributor to the account through forecasting, sales data management, technical and business meeting alignment, and other end to end sales related tasks that are critical for smooth execution of sales targets and customer requirements in the memory category. You will rely on people and organizational skills to bring key internal stakeholders together in order to accomplish the customers business needs successfully.
Location: This is a role that will find you working onsite at our Bellevue, Washington office at least 3 days per week.

Reports to: Sales Director
  • Collaborate with key decision makers at customer sites to secure design wins and qualification slots on new programs for DRAM based products.
  • Conduct face-to-face customer management meetings to provide support, address issues, communicate updates, and build strong relationships.
  • Negotiate quarterly business awards including pricing and supply support.
  • Create and align sales forecast, delivering monthly revenue goals.
  • Support sales opportunities by working closely with Customer Engineers on providing product information, roadmap updates, product samples, and price quotations.
  • Maintain awareness of and communicate internally to Device Solutions America/Korea sales and marketing teams regarding major market trends, customer strategies, and competitive activity.
  • International business travel to Korea/Asia to support customer meetings as needed.
  • Communicate and collaborate with DSK sales and marketing teams to resolve business issues, plan account strategies, product alignment and achieve revenue goals.
  • Support your team, empowering their achievements, facilitating self-management, developing growth opportunities, and proactively planning for the future.
  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
What You Bring
  • Bachelors and over 10 years of experience, MS/MBA preferred.
  • Extensive sales experience in semiconductor industry or related technical field, preferably with DRAM.
  • Sales Leadership and Tier 1 Customer Account Management Experience.

Base Pay Range
$150,920 - $241,080 USD
