Payne Air Conditioning is hiring for an Inside Sales and Support Representative to coordinate the scheduling of our Outside Sales Team. We’re looking for a personable yet highly professional person that can provide a world-class customer service experience.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from our customers and schedule appointments for services
- Contacting customers to confirm upcoming appointments
- Answering customer questions regarding products and services
- Use strong communication skills to communicate/empathize with customers
- Send monthly service reminder cards to existing customers
Qualifications:
- Professional phone demeanor and skilled at scheduling appointments
- Ability to multitask
- Computer proficient and have a general understanding of customer management software
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, professional attitude
