An Industrial equipment manufacturer located near Santa Fe Springs, CA is searching for a Korean/ English Bilingual Sales Assistant. to join their team. Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of B2B customer service/ inside sales experience at manufacturing field and understand business customers’ needs.

Responsibilities - Korean/ English Bilingual Sales Assistant:

· Maintain the relationship with existing clients’ accounts.

· Support clients to develop and strengthen customer accounts in the Manufacturing Industry, ensuring customer satisfaction and service.

· Support and manage new and existing customer base through inventory control, handling of customer inquiries, customer complaints and other miscellaneous day-to-day business support functions.

· Maintain communication with engineers and managements for update on account.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications - Korean/ English Bilingual Sales Assistant:

· Associates in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, and related field

· At least 2-5 years of inside sales/ account management experience in preferably manufacturing industries.

· Business-level in both Korean and English language skills (Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing)

· Proficient using MS Office Suite and SAP ERP software.

· Great communication skills

· Great Negotiation Skills and Time Management Skills
