Furniture Sales Associate - South Orlando

Job Description

La-Z-Boy of Orlando is currently seeking a Furniture Sales Consultant to join our team of experts. In this retail sales position, you would be selling the most recognized furniture brand in the United States along with our unique home décor products and services. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate individual with a flair for design and a love for furniture.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom.
• Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and understanding customer needs.
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing furniture that meets their style and budget.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge to better assist customers with their inquiries.
• Work with the design team to create inspiring product displays that are visually appealing.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices.
• Attend training sessions and seminars to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom.

Requirements:

• Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred.
• A passion for design and furniture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven mindset and ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work on weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in furniture sales or interior design is a plus.
