Job Title: Inside Sales Support Representative

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales Support Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional support to our sales team, contributing to the growth and success of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. This position involves both telesales and after-sales support responsibilities. This position is office based, 8am-5pm.

Responsibilities:

Telesales:

· Conduct outbound calls to prospects to generate leads and promote our products/services.

· Engage potential customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.

· Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects.

· Utilize sales scripts and product knowledge to maximize sales opportunities.

· Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture relationships and drive sales conversions.

· Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

After-Sales Support:

· Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers, providing exceptional after-sales support.

· Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries and resolve issues or concerns in a timely manner.

· Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and technical support as needed.

· Coordinate with other departments such as customer service, operations, and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.

· Proactively follow up with customers to gather feedback, address any issues, and foster long-term relationships.

· Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services to existing customers.

Administrative Tasks:

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system (HubSpot, NetSuite).

· Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales contracts as required.

· Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and improve processes.

· Assist in creating sales presentations, marketing materials, and sales reports.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service roles.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.

· Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to close sales deals.

· Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

· High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
